1. Acrylic Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive (PSA): 50%+50% acrylite composition, commonly known as "self-adhesive". Reusable, colorless and transparent, water-insoluble (soluble in solvents and oil-based adhesives). Withstands high temperature up to 200, anti-aging, and skin-friendly (hypoallergenic, non-irritating). Adhesion is enhanced through the volatilization of tackifying organic solvents, offering long-lasting adhesion without residue—ideal for prolonged skin contact. Core applications: wound dressings, waterproof shower ear patches (when paired with PU waterproof backing).
2. Synthetic Rubber Hot Melt Adhesive: Supplied as solid blocks, which melt into a fluid state when heated in an oven and convert to pressure-sensitive adhesive at room temperature. Hardness adjustable via resin oil, bonded firmly with fabrics through transfer coating technology. Features flexible adhesion and excellent conformability. Core applications: nipple covers, V-face shaping patches (when paired with elastic fabric/non-woven backing to adapt to body curve stretching).
3. Silicone Adhesive (Type A & B): Adsorptive paste-like texture, fully curing after heating at 130~140℃ in an oven. Standard specification: 80-100g embossing process. Exclusively paired with embossed film (solves adhesion failure caused by silicone oil on regular smooth films), hypoallergenic with gentle removal and no irritation. Core applications: children’s mouth closure patches, sensitive skin-specific patches (e.g., delicate skin bandages, sensitive skin care patches).
Professional Medical-Grade Release Materials: Only high-quality release paper and release film are adopted to prevent unintended adhesion, ensuring the purity and stable performance of the adhesive layer before use, in line with medical hygiene standards.
Diversified Skin-Friendly Backing Options: Customizable backing materials based on application scenarios:
1. PU film: Thin, breathable, waterproof and moisture-proof (suitable for waterproof shower ear patches and waterproof wound dressings);
2. Elastic fabric: Flexible and stretchable, conforming to body curves (suitable for V-face shaping patches and elastic nipple covers);
3. Non-woven fabric: Soft, skin-friendly, moisture-absorbent and breathable (suitable for wound dressings and children’s patches).
4. All backings are biocompatible, ensuring comfort during long-term wear.
Customizable Functional Details: Supports customized notches on release materials (for easy peeling), addition of positioning rings/cotton pads on backings (for targeted protection or moisture absorption), and custom pattern printing on release paper (for branding or product differentiation)—fully adapting to your product design needs.
