Instructions for use:
1.Take Castor Oil pack wrap with adhesive,tear off the release paper,and add a few tablespoons of castor oil to cotton pads.
2.Stick to the Abdomen,Lower back or other designated areas,Adjust to a fixed position,and peal of PET, Wear for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
3.Place hot water bottle or heating pad on the top.Apply a hpt compress to promote the absorption of castor oil on the abdomen.
